| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对350例眼外伤进行临床病例分析,探讨眼外伤的致伤因素、临床特点及防治方法。方法:对我院2006年1月～2009年1月收治住院的350例(355眼)眼外伤病例的性别、年龄、职业、致伤因素、临床表现和治疗前后视力进行统计分析。结果:350例(355眼)眼外伤中男女比例为6:1,多发年龄为20～40岁;职业多见于农民工、工人及农民。致伤因素主要有撞击伤、异物伤、车祸、化学伤等;临床表现主要为钝挫伤、角膜穿通伤、眼球破裂伤等。治疗前视力>0.05者有217眼,占62.0%,治疗后视力>0.05者有298眼,占85.14%。结论:跟外伤对眼部损伤大,严重影响视功能,是致盲的主要原因之一,合理的预防和有效的治疗具有重要的临床意义。 |
