摘    要:目的测定关黄柏不同采收期及黄檗不同部位的小檗碱、巴马汀的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定。结果检测波长 345nm ,平均加样回收率分别为 96 9%和 97 2 % ,RSD =0 5 7%和0 6 2 %。结论沈阳地区关黄柏的最佳采收期为 10月 ;黄檗枝条中的小檗碱含量虽不及关黄柏 ,但枝条为再生资源

Abstract:Objective To determine the contents of berberine and palmatine in different parts of Phellodendron amurense Rupr. during different collected periods.Method The analyses of the samples were determined by HPLC and the conditions for the extraction and separation were selected.Results The wavelength of the detector was set at 345 nm .The average recoveries were 96 9% and 97 2% with RSD=0 57% and 0 62% respectively.Conclusion The results show that the optimum collected time of Phellodendron amurense Rupr.is October in Shenyang. The content of the berberine in wattle of Phellodendron amurense Rupr. is less than that of Phellodendron amurense Rupr.But it is very important because it is regeneration resources.
