吸烟对短暂性脑缺血发作患者血浆组织因子水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)吸烟者血浆组织因子(TF)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法回顾分析29例TIA吸烟者(TIA吸烟组)和29例TIA不吸烟者(TIA不吸烟组)血浆TF水平变化,并选用24例健康吸烟者(健康吸烟组)和24例健康不吸烟者(健康不吸烟组)作为对照,同时从TIA吸烟者和健康吸烟者中选出12例戒烟者作为戒烟组。血浆TF水平检测采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫分析法。结果TIA吸烟组血浆TF水平明显高于TIA不吸烟组(P<0.05)和健康不吸烟组(P<0.01),健康吸烟组血浆TF水平明显高于健康不吸烟组(P<0.05);血浆TF水平随着吸烟程度的加重而增高,吸烟者血浆基础TF水平与吸烟指数呈正相关(r=0.450,P<0.001),吸烟2h后血浆基础TF水平明显升高,而戒烟2周后血浆基础TF水平恢复至近正常水平。结论长期吸烟致TIA患者血浆TF水平增高可能在脑血栓形成中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of cigarette smoking on the level of plasma tissue factor(TF) in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA) and its clinical significance. Methods Twenty-nine smokers with TIA and 29 non-smokers with TIA were analyzed retrospectively.Twenty-four healthy smokers and 24 healthy non-smokers served as controls. Twelve ex-smokers served as ex-smoker group simultaneously.The level of TF was detected with two-layer antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The level of plasma TF in smokers with TIA was higher than that in non-smokers with TIA(P<0.05)and was much higher than that in healthy non-smokers(P<0.01).The level in healthy smokers was higher than that in healthy non-smokers(P<0.05).It increased with smoking level and was positively correlated with smoking index (r=0.450, P<0.05). The basal level of TF increased 2 hours after smoking 1 cigarette and returned to normal level 2 weeks after ceasing smoking. Conclusion The level of plasma TF increased in smokers with TIA, and it may play an important role in cerebral thrombosis.
