| 摘 要： | 目的：通过复方甘草甜素对预防肝硬化的肝病理改变研究将其用于临床胆汁淤积，慢性活动性肝炎引起的肝细胞变性，坏死。方法：采用敏感度高的序贯设计检验方法，对56例肝细胞变性，坏死患者进行了观察。结果：实验至21例时，实验线已穿过上边界线，结论为有效。经过8周一个疗程的治疗，肝组织的综合判断和肝功能较应用本药前改善75％，P＜0．01，结论：复方甘草甜素值得推荐应用于保护肝细胞，预防肝纤维化。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the change of liver pathology with stronger Neo-Minophagen C(SNMC) in preventing cirrhosis of liver.Methods:Using high sensitive method of Sequential Experimentation,we observed 56 cases with liver cell denaturation and necrosis.Results:When testing 21 cases, test thread had already outstriped upper boundary line,so the conclusion was effective.After 8-week treatment, the synthetical judgement of liver tissue and liver function are improved by 75%,P<0.01.Conclusions:SNMC is useful for protecting liver cells and preventing liver fibrosis. |
