| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折的疗效。方法：分析自2001年1月至2002年12月用锁骨钩治疗肩锁关节脱位（ToosyⅢ型）24例和锁骨远端骨折（NeerⅡ型）8例的疗效。结果：32例患者均获得随访，随访时间2～36月，平均2．5月骨折全部愈合，复位关节无再脱位。结论：锁骨钩治疗肩锁关节脱位和锁骨远端骨折具有固定牢固，不破坏关节面，关节功能恢复快等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study curative effect of surgical treatment of distal clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation using the clavicular hookplate(CHP).Methods: Eight cases of distal clavicular fracture and 24 cases of acromioclavicular dislocations were treated with CHP.Results: Thirty-two cases had been followed up for 2~36 months(average 2.5 months) and all the fratures were heald and no redislocation was observed.The therapeutic efficacy of 31 cases was excellent and that of 1 case satisfactory according to the lazzcano standard.Conclusion: CHP shows the advantage of rigid fixation.noinvasion into article surface and recovered quickly. |
