| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝吸虫病的CT表现。方法回顾性分析80例肝吸虫病的CT表现。结果80例肝吸虫病患者CT检查均发现肝内胆管扩张,肝外胆管不扩张;肝内胆管轻度扩张47例,中度扩张33例;肝被膜下小胆管囊状扩张60例。结论肝吸虫病具有较特征性的CT表现。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the CT finding of clonorchiasis. Method The clinical and CT material of the 80 patients with clonorchiasis were analysed. Results Inrrahepatic bile duct dilated and extrahepatic bile duct no dilated in all cases. 47 cases were light degree,33 cases were middle degree;The small bile duct near liver membrane were cystic dilated in 60 ,eases. Conclusion Clonorchiasis has charatic CT findings. |
