高血压颈动脉粥样硬化患者的血压变异性分析

目的：观察高血压并发颈动脉粥样硬化患者的血压变异性，分析血压变异性对颈动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法：70例高血压并发颈动脉粥样硬化患者（A组）和40例无颈动脉粥样硬化的高血压患者（B组）均进行动态血压监测，对比分析24h、7：00-22：00（白昼）、22：00-次日7：00（夜间）的平均收缩压标准差（SSD）、平均舒张压标准差（DSD）。结果：A组在24h、白昼和夜间SSD、DSD的平均标准差均高于B组（P〈0.05，0.01）。结论：高血压并发颈动脉粥样硬化患者其24h、白昼和夜间血压变异性大，高血压患者的血压变异性与颈动脉粥样硬化关系密切。

The Analysis of Blood Pressure Variability in Patients with Hypertension Associated with Carotid Atherosclerosis

Objective：To observe the blood pressure variability in patients with hypertension associated with carotid atherosclerosis and analyze its influence on carotid atherosclerosis. Methods： The ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was carried out in 70 cases of hypertension associated with carotid atheroselerosis （group A） and 40 cases of hypertension not associated with carotid atherosclerosis （group B）. The average systolic blood pressure standard deviation （SSD） and the average diastolic blood pressure standard deviation （DSD） of two groups during the periods of time for 24 h, from 7：00 to 22：00 （daytime, d） and 22：00 to 7：00（nighttime, n） were comparatively analyzed. Results： All the observed values in the group A were higher than those in the group B with the difference being statistically significant （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion：There is a great variability of blood pressure in patients with hypertension associated with carotid atherosclerosis during the periods of time for 24 h, daytime and nighttime. The blood pressure variability in patients with hypertension is closely related to the carotid atherosclerosis.
