Thoughts About the Quality Benefit Period of Chinese Medical Treatment in Health Economics

China is entering into a quality benefit period of medical treatment, and more and more people begin to palce their own safety, health, happiness and life quality in the proteciton of medical treatment quality, and they organically think about the target of medical treatment quality relating to the current realistic economic conditions. This article discusses the economic characters of the quality benefit period of Chinese medical treatment from three aspects, the organic unification of quality and benefit of medical treatment, the interaction development and dual realization. Then the article expatiates the economic connotation of the reformation of Chinese health system and transformation of the principles of the hospital administration, and analyzes the economic significance of the application of the nwe technique in hospital administration from such aspect as the performance evaluation system for the medical treatment quality, the project of the value of medical treatment, the methods of medicine ceonomics, the ratio of the price and performance of the medical treatment and so on.
