急性脑梗死患者治疗前后血清Hcy、hs-CRP、SOD和MDA检测的临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨了急性脑梗死(ACI)患者治疗前后血清Hcy、hs-CRP、SOD和MDA水平的变化及临床意义.方法:分别应用放免法、酶联法、化学法和免疫比浊法对32例ACI患者进行了治疗前后血清Hcy、hs-CRP、SOD和MDA检测,并与35名健康人作比较.结果:ACI患者在治疗前血清Hcy、hs-CRP和MDA水平非常显著地高于正常人组(P<0.01),而SOD水平则低于正常人组(P<0.01),经治疗2周后与正常人组比较则无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:ACI的发生和发展与血清Hcy、hs-CRP、SOD和MDA水平密切相关.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes on serum Hcy,hs-CRP,SOD and MDA levels both before and after treatment in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Serum Hcy(with ELISA),SOD(with RIA),MDA(with chemistry),hs-CRP(with immunoturbidimetry) levels were measured in 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction and compared with 35 normal controls.Results Before treatment,serum Hcy,hs-CRP,MDA levels were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01),while the serum SOD level was distinctly lower(P<0.01).After treatment for 2 weeks,the levels dropped markedly to approaching normal vs control(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum Hcy,hs-CRP,SOD and MDA levels were closely correlated to the progress of acute cerebral infarction.
