| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨了妊高征患者治疗前后血浆leptin和血清Hcy、NPY水平的变化及临床意义.方法:应用放免法和酶联法对33例妊高征患者进行了治疗前后血浆leptin和血清Hcy、NPY检测,并与35例正常健康人作比较.结果:妊高征患者在治疗前血浆leptin和血清Hcy、NPY均非常显著地高于正常人组(P＜0.01),经治疗1个月后与正常人组比较仍有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:检测妊高征患者血浆leptin和血清Hcy、NPY水平的变化已被认可用于疗效观察和预后判断.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes on plasma leptin,serum Hey and NPY levels after treatment in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods plasma leptin,serum NPY(with RIA ) and Hey(with ELISA),levels were determined in 33 patients with PIH both before and after treatment as well as in 35 normal controls.Results Be- fore treatment plasma leptin and serum Hey,NPY levels in patients with PIH were significantly higher than those in controls(P < 0.01).After 1 month of treatment the levels dropped markedly but still remained notably higher(P < 0.05).Conclusion Plasma leptin,serum Hey and NPY levels were closely related to the diseases of PIH.Such changes has been recognized to be used observing efficacy of therapy and prognosis. |
