| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了卵巢癌患者血清Hcy、HE4和sA联检的变化及临床意义。方法：应用酶联法和生化法对33例卵巢癌患者进行了血清Hcy、HFA和sA的检测，并与35例正常健康人作比较。结果：卵巢癌患者血清Hcy、HE4和SA水平均非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0．01）。且血清Hcy水平与HE4、SA水平呈正相关（r=0．6128、0．5942，P〈0．01）。结论：检测卵巢癌患者血清Hcy、HFA和SA水平的变化，提示该类生物标志物的变化，有助于对疾病早期诊断和适宜的预后。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of changes of serum Hcy,H￡4 and SA levels in patients with ovarian cancer. Methods Serum Hey,HE4(with ELISA),SA(with Biochemistry) levels were determined in 33 patients with ovarian cancer and 35 normal healthy controls.Results Serum Hey,HE4 and SA levels were significantly higher in the patients than that of controls(P < 0.01).Serum Hey levels were positively correlated with serum HE4,SA levels in patients with ovarian cancer(r = 0.6128,0.5942, P <0.01).Conclusion Detection of serum Hey,HE4 and SA levels it suggested the changes of these biomarkers will be helpful for the early diagnosis and favourable prognosis. |
