婴幼儿胆总管囊肿诊断和治疗体会

目的　探讨婴幼儿胆总管囊肿的诊断和外科治疗。方法　总结 1992年～ 2 0 0 2年婴幼儿胆总管囊肿 8例的外科诊断和治疗方法。结果　婴幼儿胆总管囊肿的临床表现多不典型 ,以腹部包块多见。经B超确诊后 ,所有病例均实施了囊肿切除、胆管—空肠Roux en y(R -y)吻合术 ,手术耐受良好 ,效果满意。结论　B超是诊断婴幼儿胆总管囊肿的首选检查方法 ,囊肿切除、胆管—空肠吻合术为最佳的治疗术式

Comprehens of the Diagnosis and the Treatment to the Choledochal Cyst of Babies

Objective To find out the diagnosis and surgical treatment of the choledochal cyst of babies Methods Summaried the surgical diagnosis and treatment of 8 cases of the choledochal cyst of baby from 1992 to 2002 Results The clinical situations of the choledochal cyst of baby are not mostly typical,but usually sack in abdomen After the final diagnosis with B ultrasound,cysto resection and Roux en y bile duct jejunum anastomsis were performed and the effect was satisfactory Conclusions B ultrasound is the first check to diagnose the Choledochal Cyst of Baby,and cysto resection and bile duct jejunum anastomsis are the best treatment methods
