| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗子宫肌瘤的近期疗效。方法在超声诊断仪监控下应用FEB—BY02型高强度聚焦超声治疗系统对76例子宫肌瘤患者进行治疗，治疗后随访3～6个月，观察评价其治疗效果。结果治疗后63例声像图可见瘤体内部回声增强，29例肿块缩小或消失，36例临床症状改善（如经期缩短。经量减少等）。结论HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤近期疗效高、安全、副作用小。
