电化学指纹图谱鉴别几种贝母药材的新方法

摘    要:
目的:建立一种鉴别川贝母、平贝母与浙贝母等药材的新方法。方法:采用电化学振荡技术,测定药材的电化学指纹图谱,考察指纹图谱的特征参数对其鉴别。结果:几种贝母药材电化学指纹图谱各具特色,特征参数具有明显差异。结论:电化学指纹图谱鉴别贝母药材方法可行,且该方法简单、快速和准确。

Objective:To establish a new method of identification from Bulbus Fritillariae,F.Maxim,F.thunbergii.Method: The electrochemical oscillation technology was used to determine the electrochemistry fingerprints of Chinese Medicine and inspect their characteristic parameter.Result: It was shown that several kinds of F.have their own special features on electrochemistry fingerprint and the characteristic parameters have significant differences.Conclusion: The method was feasible,easy,rapid and accurate to identif...
