血脂康治疗高脂血症合并糖耐量减低患者74例疗效观察

目的：探讨血脂康治疗高脂血症合并糖耐量减低患者的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2012年6月到2013年12月在我院就诊的高脂血症合并糖耐量减低患者74例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组37例。治疗组采用口服血脂康治疗;对照组给予口服烟酸缓释片治疗,两组疗程均为2个月。结果：两组患者在接受上述方案治疗前,血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇等三项血脂检测指标对比差异不明显,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,在接受治疗后,两组患者的上述三项检测指标均较治疗前有显著改善;两组治疗前后,疗效差异具有统计学意义,且治疗组血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯与低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇等三项指标改善情况明显优于对照组,组间对比具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组总有效率和显效率要明显优于对照组,各项指标比较差异具有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：利用血脂康治疗高脂血症合并糖耐量减低患者疗效显著,无不良反应,安全可靠,值得在临床中使用推广。

Clinical Study on Xuezhikang in treating 74 cases with combined hyperlipidemia and impaired glucose tolerance

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of Xuezhikang in treating patients with combined hyperlipidemia and impaired glucose tolerance. Methods： 74 cases with combined hyperlipidemia and impaired glucose tolerance treated in our hospital from June,2012 to December,2013 were selected. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,37 cases in each group. In the treatment group,Xuezhikang was taken orally; in control group,Nicotinic Acid Sustained Release Tablets were taken orally,a course of the two groups was 2 months. Results： Before applying the above treatments,the differences of testing index of total serum cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ hdl-c） and other three lipid testing index were not obvious,no statistical significance（ P〉 0.05）. After treatment,the three testing indexes were greatly improved. In the two groups before and after treatment,the curative effect difference is statistically significant. In the treatment group,the improvement was better than the control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The total effectiveness and significant efficiency was much better than that of the control group with significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Xuezhikang in treating patients with combined hyperlipidemia and impaired glucose tolerance is with obvious therapeutic effect,no adverse reaction,safe and reliable,and worth popularizing in clinical application.
