护理干预对防止食管球囊扩张术后再狭窄的效果观察

[目的 ]探讨球囊扩张术后再狭窄的原因及干预措施。 [方法 ]将 3 6例病人随机分成实验组和对照组 ,每组 18例 ,实验组术后予以三联药物浸服和保留胃管 ,对照组按常规术后口服庆大霉素 ,然后观察两组的疗效。[结果 ]两组病人术后 7d疗效比较 ,梗阻和狭窄的改善 ,经秩和检验差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,远期疗效(术后 6个月 )体重的增加、梗阻的改善、扩张的次数 ,两组差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]护理干预可以预防和减少术后再狭窄的发生。

Effect of nursing intervention on preventing patients with re-stenosis of esophagus after balloon dilation

Objective: to probe into both causes and intervention measures for patients with esophageal re-stenosis after balloon dilation. Method: a total of 36 patients were divided into test and control group randomly. Patients in test group were given submerged trigeminiy medicines and detained gastric tube after their operation, while patients in control group were given gentamicin sulfate as routine after operation. Then the therapeutic effect of the two group patients was compared with each other. Result: there was a statistical difference 7 days after operation of the two groups patients in terms of improvement of both obstruction and stenosis according to rank sum test (P<0.05). Moreover, there were statistical differences in terms of prostecdtive efficacy of all patients, including increase of body weight, improvement of obstruction, times of balloon dilation (all P<0.05). Conclusion: nursing intervention can prevent or reduce the incidence of postoperative re-stenosis of esophagus for patients underwent balloon dilation.
