| 摘 要： | 本文采用二阶导数光谱法测定硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼液的含量,以230nm 为测定波长,可排除附加剂的干扰,快速简便。平均回收率99.99%,变异系数0.16%。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the assaying of pilocarpine nitrate eye drops by second derivative spectrophotometry.With 230 nm asthe assaying wavelength,the interference resulting from the use of additive will be ruled out.The method is simple andquick.And the average recovery is about 99.99% while the variation confficient 0.16%. |
