血清CEA、CA199水平对结直肠癌术后患者的随访价值

目的通过联合检测结直肠癌术后患者的血清CEA、CA199,以判断血清CEA、CA199水平对早期诊断结直肠癌术后患者复发转移的随访价值。方法61例结直肠癌患者分别在术后特定时间检测血清CEA、CA199。结果61例患者中血清CEA升高16例,确诊复发4例,转移6例;血清CA199升高11例,确诊复发4例,转移6例。表明血清CEA、CA199水平与复发转移有关。结论血清CEA、CA199水平升高比临床症状和影像学表现早,可以将血清CEA、CA199水平作为结直肠癌术后复发转移的有效随访指标。

The Value of Serum CEA and Serum CA199 in Following Up the Patients of Colonic and Rectal Cancer after Operation

Objective To judge the value of serum CEA and serum CA199 in following up the patients of colonic and rectal cancer after operation. Methods Sixty-one patients of colonic and rectal cancer after operation were assayed for serum CEA and serum CA199 in sometime after operation. Resulta Increased serum CEA levels were observed in 16 out of 61 patients,4 patients were diagnosed as recurrence and 6 patients were diagnosed as transfer. Increased serum CA199 levels were observed in 11 out of 61 patients,4 patients were diagnosed as recurrence and 6 patients were diagnosed as transfer. The result showed that serum CEA and serum CA199 levels were related to recurrence and transfer of the pa- tients of colonic and rectal cancer after operation. Conclusion Serum CEA and serum CA199 can be used as Museful index in following up the patients of colonic and rectal cancer after operation.
