摘    要:胶质瘤是常见的中枢神经系统肿瘤,组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDACs)是最新发现的一系列致癌因子,在很多实体肿瘤中发挥重要作用,在脑胶质瘤中也不例外。其中的HDAC3是最近研究的热点,国内外很多学者发现其在人类肿瘤中起到了致癌的作用。人们应用抑制剂减弱HDAC3的表达后,人脑胶质瘤细胞的生长、侵袭等能力出现明显减弱。这就为肿瘤治疗提供了一条新途径。

Research Progress on the Correlation of HDACs and HDAC3 with Glioma

Abstract:Glioma is a common tumor in central nervous system. Histone deacetylases (HDACs) are a series of newly discovered carcinogenic factors, which play an important role in many solid tumors, including gliomas. Histone deacetylase 3 ( HDAC3 ) has become a focus in recent research, many scholars worldwide have found that it plays a role of carcinogenesis in human tumors. After the expression of HDAC3 is reduced by the inhihitors,the growth and invasive ability of human glioma cell appears significantly weakened, which provides a new way for the cancer treatment.
