摘    要:目的:通过对5种具有代表性的小包装中药饮片不同时期内外质量变化情况的研究与分析,建立小包装中药饮片的质量控制方法。方法:采用留样观察法,以饮片包装标识、外观性状、水分、装量差异、浸出物、含量等为评价指标,常温放置0,3,6,12月,分别观察、检测不同时期其内外质量变化。结果:以上指标发生了不同程度的变化。结论:上述一系列评价指标可有效控制小包装中药饮片的质量。为小包装中药饮片的贮藏、检验及质量标准的制定提供理论依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish quality control method for small packages of decoction pieces of TCM.METHODS Sample observation method was used and the sample is examined in the 0, 1st, 3rd, 6th and 12th months. Packaging mark, appearance, moisture, content uniformity, extract, content change were used as the observation indexes to detect its internal and external quality change respectively in different periods. RESULTS The index changed to different extent.CONCLUSION The above indexes can effectively control the quality of small packages of decoction pieces. It provides theoretical basis for storage, inspection and establishment of quality standard for small packages of decoction pieces of TCM.
