急性百草枯中毒致肺损伤治疗的研究进展

百草枯是我国农村应用广泛的除草剂之一,属剧毒农药,中毒后可引起多器官功能障碍,最主要的是肺、肾损伤,早期为急性肺损伤,逐渐演变成肺纤维化。在治疗上,百草枯中毒没有特效解毒剂,治愈困难,病死率极高,目前临床上主要给予早期及时清除毒物、药物联合应用及血液净化疗法(血液灌流、血液透析)等治疗,以提高患者的长期生存率。该文主要对百草枯的毒物代谢动力学、中毒机制及临床救治方法予以综述。

The Research Progress in the Treatment of Lung Injury Caused by Acute Paraquat Poisoning

Paraquat is one of the widely used herbicide in the rural areas in China. It is highly toxic for human and animal. It can cause muhiple organ dysfunction syndrome, especially for lung and kidney. During the early stage,the main manifestation is lung injury,which then deteriorates into pulmonary fibrosis gradually. There is no specific antidote to paraquat poisoning, making it difficult to be cured, resulting in high fatality. The main treatment includes removing toxins, combining medicine and blood purification therapy （ such as hemoperfusion, hemodialysis） treatment, so as to improve the long-term survival of patients. Here is to make a review of the clinical therapies based on the toxicokinetics and toxic mechanisms of paraquat in human body.
