类风湿关节炎发病机制的研究进展

摘    要:类风湿关节炎(RA)是以慢性破坏性关节病变为特征的全身性自身免疫病。关节滑膜的慢性炎症、增生,形成血管翳,侵犯关节软骨、韧带和肌腱等,造成关节软骨、骨和关节囊破坏,最终导致关节畸形和功能丧失。其发病机制比较复杂,目前尚无有效药物根治。在滑膜和骨质破坏过程中细胞因子、细胞内信号转导等多种成分发挥作用。这些成分的研究有助于进一步揭示RA的病理机制,进而寻找适当的的治疗靶点。

The Research Progress of the Pathogenesis of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract:Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a chronic destructive joint disease characterized by systemic autoimmunedisease. Chronic synovial inflammation, hyperplasia, pannus formation, articular cartilage violations, ligaments and tendons, result in articular cartilage, bone and joint capsule destruction, eventually lead to joint deformity and loss of function. The pathogenesis of RA is complex,and so far,there are no effective drugs for radical cure. The research found that various ingredients play a role in the process of destruction in synovial and bone. These studies help to further reveal the pathogenesis of RA, and thus find the appropriate therapeutic targets.
