摘    要:目的:基于物联网技术,研制一种可满足野战条件下战伤救治需要的智能输液监控装置.方法:将物联网技术和传感器技术、无线通信技术相结合,同时设计合理的算法完成系统的研制.结果:当伤病员在输液过程发生异常(速度改变、静脉回血堵塞、导管接头脱落等)或输液结束时,监控主机及移动终端都能实时发出报警信息.结论:整个系统达到了设计要求,实现了医护人员对伤病员输液治疗的实时监控和全程智能化管理的目的,在提高野战条件下输液管理效率的同时,有效保障了输液安全.

Abstract:Objective To develop one kind of field infusion monitoring system based on technology of internet of things (IOT).Methods IOT,sensor technology and wireless communication technique were combined for the development of the system,with some proper algorithm designed.Results The monitor and the terminal could both give off alarm in case of end or failures of infusion including changed velocity,blocked vein bleedback,fallen catheter connector and etc.Conclusion The system meets desired requirements and realizes real-time monitoring and whole-course intelligent management of field infusion.
