| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重建钉治疗股骨转子部骨折的经验。方法2002年5月-2008年9月应用重建钉治疗36例股骨转子部骨折病人,手术使用骨科牵引床,采用闭合复位,股骨颈保持15。前倾角置入2枚拉力螺纹钉,用三维瞄准器锁定远骨折端。结果30例患者获得随访,平均13．6个月,3-5个月时骨性愈合,髋关节功能恢复好。结论股骨转子部骨折强调闭合复位,应用重建钉治疗转子部骨折手术创伤小、骨折固定稳定,符合生物力学要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical application of reconstruction interlocking nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods From 2002 to 2008,36 cases of intertrochanteric femoral fractures were treated with reconstruction interlocking nail.Traction table was used with close reduction.Two lag screws were inserted into the femoral neck at a 15 degree dip angle,and the two sides of the fracture were locked with nails by a three-dimensional aim implement.Results Thirty cases were followed... |
