初级生命支持技术情景模拟教学在实训教学中的应用

摘    要:目的应用PBL与模拟人结合的教学方式,建立中医院校初级生命支持情景式教学模型,探索新的心肺复苏实训教学模式。方法将长春中医药大学2017级中医本科学生84名,随机分为对照组和实验组,各42名。对照组采用常规课堂加实训的教学方法,实验组采取情景式实训教学方法。考核学生的理论与实践学习成绩,最后对实验组学生发放调查问卷评价教学效果。结果实验组学生理论和实践成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),新型教学方式得到了实验组同学的肯定。结论情景式实训教学方法能明显提高心肺复苏初级生命支持教学效果,可以在本校中医临床专业课教学中继续使用。

Abstract:Objective Using the teaching method of PBL combined with simulated human,a situational teaching model of base life support in traditional Chinese medicine colleges was established to explore a new practical teaching model of CPR.Methods 84 students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 42 students in each group.The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and the situational practical teaching method was adopted in the experimental group.At last,a questionnaire was issued to the experimental group to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The results of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the new teaching method was affirmed by the students in the experimental group.Conclusion The situational training teaching method can obviously improve the teaching effect of base life support of CPR,and can continue to be used in the teaching of clinical courses of traditional Chinese medicine in our school.
