近5年正骨疗法治疗CSA的研究进展

目的对近5年的正骨治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的文献进行研究。方法以"正骨""椎动脉型颈椎病""颈性眩晕"等关键词进行检索,获得从2014—2019年知网、pupmed数据库中相关文献,根据"被引次数""下载次数""时间顺序"筛选出40篇文献,进行归纳研究。结果正骨结合中医药疗法可以明显改善CSA的临床症状,帮助关节复位,促进生理曲度的恢复。结论正骨结合中医药叠加效应治疗椎动脉型颈椎病不仅能够有效缓解症状,而且能够促进颈椎稳定性恢复,减低复发率,提高CSA患者生活品质,值得临床医生广泛应用。

Progress in clinical research on bone-setting treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis

Objective To study the literature on the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylopathy by bone-setting in recent 5 years.Methods By searching keywords such as"bonesetting","vertebra artery-type cervical spondylosis"and"cervical vertigo",relevant literatures were obtained from the database pupmed from 2014-2019,and 40 literatures were selected according to"citations","downloads"and"time sequence".Results Bone-setting combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of CSA,help joint reduction,and promote the recovery of physiological curvature.Conclusion bone-setting combined with the superposition effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis can not only effectively relieve symptoms,but also promote the recovery of cervical stability,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of extensive clinical application.
