心内科临床药师参与冠心病慢病管理的实践和体会

目的通过系统研究,探讨心内科临床药师在冠心病合理与规范用药中的作用。方法通过对比研究的方法,比较接受临床药师用药教育组与未接受临床药师用药教育组在合理用药各项对比指标中的差异,对冠心病认知情况、对药物适应症了解情况、对用法用量掌握情况、对注意事项了解程度、用药依从性、生活方式改变程度、ADR发生后的应对程度进行统计学分析,以考察是否有显著性差异。结果以上各组对比数据接受心病科临床药师教育组明显优于未接受心病科临床药师用药教育组,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论说明临床药师在慢病管理工作中意义显著。

Practice and experience of clinical pharmacists participating in the management of chronic disease of coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the rational and standardized use of coronary heart disease through systematic research.Methods By means of comparative research,the differences in the comparison of rational drug use between the education group receiving clinical pharmacists and the education group receiving no clinical pharmacists were compared.More data will be obtained:awareness of coronary heart disease,understanding of drug indications,mastery of usage and dosage,degree of understanding of precautions,medication compliance,degree of lifestyle changes,and post-ADR Coping degree and statistical analysis to check whether there are significant differences.Results The comparison data of the above groups were significantly better in the group receiving cardiologist clinical pharmacist education than the group not receiving cardiology pharmacist medication education group.There was a significant difference between the two groups with statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical pharmacist is significant in the management of chronic diseases.
