| 摘 要： | 应用＾１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ治疗老年骨转移癌者２３例，并进行患者体内药代动力学研究，结果显示：＾１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ在骨及骨转移灶聚集机制与＾９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＤＰ相同，二者在软组织中分布无显著差别（Ｐ〉０．０５），＾１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ血中清除迅速，注射后４小时血中仅残留２％，注射后７小时累积尿排泄５０％，注入量４５％沉积在骨转移灶与正常骨组织中，软组织分布少，本研究证实＾１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ

| Abstract: | 23 elderly patients with multiple osseous metastases of cancer were treated with 153Sm-EDTMP, and pharmacokinetics studied. The data indicated that the same mechanism of localization existed for the 153Sm-EDTMP and 99mTc-MDP in the bone and skeletal metastases. No significant difference between the accumulation of these two agents in the soft-tissue (P>0. 05),153 Sm-EDTMP rapid clearance resulted in only 2% of the active ding remaining in whole blood after 4hr postinjection. The chelate cleared through the kidneys and 50% of the dose injected were excreted though urine 7 hr after injection. |
