人红细胞胆固醇含量的增龄变化

用胆固醇酶联试剂显色法检测１８９例健康成人红细胞胆固醇和血浆胆固醇含量，结果表明，健康成人的Ｅ－Ｃｈ含量随增龄而升高，并呈直线相关；Ｐ－Ｃｈ含量也随增龄而升高，并呈直线相关；Ｅ－Ｃｈ含量呈直线正样关。提示Ｅ－Ｃｈ含量检测可作为反映机体衰老程度的一项客观指标。

Erythrocyte cholesterol contents varies as aging

Erythrocyte cholesterol(E-Ch) and plasma cholesterol(P-Ch) contents of 189 healthy adults were measured with the cholesterol enzyme linked reagent development process. The results showed that the E-Ch contents of the healthy adults ascended in for of linear correlation(R=0.4532 ,P<0.0001) with the increasing of age the P-Ch contents also ascended as age increased (r=0.1 922, P<0.01). The E-Ch contents and P-Ch contents present linear positive correlation (r=0.5783, P<0.0001) too. It is suggested that E-Ch content can be regarded as an objective index reflecting the senility degree of the organism.
