窒息儿的转运与转归

目的：降低窒息儿的死亡率,提高生活质量。方法：通过转运系统将基层医院窒息儿转送我院新生儿重症监护中心治疗,包括现场抢救,途中连续监护和治疗。结果：共转运窒息儿132例,无一例途中死亡,其中治愈123例,占93％,死亡2例,占1．7％。结论：先稳定病情是转运成功的关键,新生儿科专业医务人员全程参与,途中及时救治,与基层医院良好的业务合作必不可少。

Transfer and result of the asphyxial infants

Objective: To reduce the death rate of the asphyxial infants and raise their living quality. Methods: The asphyxial infants were transferred from grass-roots hospitals to NICU in our hospital by the transfer system including spot rescue, continuous ward and treatment on the way to hospital. Results: 132 cases of the asphyxial infants were transferred, no died cases on the way to hospital. 123 cases were cured ( 93% of all cases ), 2 cases died ( 1.7% of all cases ).Conclusion: The key of successful transfer is to steabilize the patient's condition in advance. It is also concerned with professional medical personal of the department of pediatrics who timely rescued the patients all the course and well co-operation with grass-roots hospitals.
