阴茎海绵体破裂的诊断和治疗

目的 探讨阴茎海绵体破裂的诊断和治疗.方法 回顾性分析并追踪观察13例阴茎海绵体破裂患者,其中,闭合性损伤12例,开放性刀割伤1例;合并尿道损伤5例.13例患者均予手术治疗.结果 13例获得随访11～95个月,术后排尿正常,4周后恢复正常性生活,无疼痛.结论 阴茎海绵体破裂诊断主要依靠病史和临床表现,B超为检查时首选项目.阴茎白膜破裂口定位:阴茎弯曲的凸出侧;阴茎血肿最明显处;扪及阴茎白膜的连续性丧失处或缺损处.

Diagnosis and treatment of penis cavernous body rupture

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of penis cavernous body rupture. Methods Tata of 13 cases with penis cavernous body rupture underwent surgery were retrospectively analyzed, of which 12 cases had closed injury, 1 case had open injury. Results The patients were followed-up for 11 to 95 months. Normal intercourse without pain recovered 4 weeks after operations. Conclusion Diagnosis of penis cavernous body rupture mostly depends on the history and clinical manifestation and type-B ultrasonic is the first choice in emergency. Locations of albuginea rupture are projecture side of phallocampsis, obvious part of penis hematoma, uncontinuity and coloboma of penis albuginea.
