| 摘 要： | 目的评估我院抗抑郁药使用趋势，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法用Excel分析我院2005—2007年抗抑郁药的用药频度（DDDs）、用药量和使用金额的情况。结果我院抗抑郁药的用药金额和用药频度逐年提高。结论以氟西汀为代表的第二代抗抑郁药是我院临床首选药物，而且选择性5-HT再摄取抑制剂（SSRI）类的药物选用也趋于多样性，使用更加合理。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the use of antidepressants in our hospital in order to provide a reference for their rational use. Methods Defined daily dose （DDD）, amount of drugs used, and daily cost in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed with Excel. Results The DDD and amount of antidepressants were yearly increased. Conclusion The 2nd generation of antidepressants, with fluoxetine as its representative, is the first line drugs and selective use of SSRI has become multiple and more rational in our hospital. |
