| 摘 要： | [目的]比较伤寒沙门菌与鼠伤寒沙门菌染色体结构差异,追溯其进化根源,以便对其进行流行病学研究。[方法]用I-CeuI脉冲凝胶电泳技术对哈市几所医院分离的12株伤寒沙门菌和3株鼠伤寒沙门菌进行染色体结构分析,并构建I-CeuI物理图。[结果]两型沙门菌染色体经酶切电泳后均产生7个片段;其染色体总长度分别为4765kb和4725kb。[结论]实验中全部沙门菌染色体结构大致相同,但伤寒沙门菌染色体中存在插入与删除序列,推测可能是两者感染宿主与致病性不同的原因。

| Abstract: | [Objective]S.typhi and S.typhimurium are closely related but they can have different biological behaviors. We compare the chromosomal structure for the study of epidemiology. [Method] We examined 12 S. typhi strains of clinical isolate and 3 S. typhimurium Strains of clinical isolate with I-Ceul digestion of their chromosome and runned by PFGE. [Results]They all generated 7 fragments, respectively. The sum of the fragment in each case indicated genome size of the two type of chromosome were about 4725kb and 4765kb. [Conclusion]All of two types of Salmonella in this research had similar chromosomal structure. S. typhimurium has larger genome size than S.typhi. However, S.typhi has undergone insert and deletion during its evolution. It is the reason why they have different hosts and pathogenesis. |
