骨质疏松症与骨性关节炎关系研究新进展

目的：观察膝关节周围骨折创伤后晚期并发膝关节功能障碍,关节松动结合运动疗法的康复治疗效果.方法：统计52例,经过系统关节松动结合运动疗法治疗90天患者.治疗前、中、后期,膝关节活动度、平衡及日常活动进行比较分析.结果：本组患者中期评价结果较治疗前,末期评价较中期都有明显提高.结论：膝关节周围骨折创伤后晚期并发膝关节功能障碍经过系统康复治疗.膝关节活动度、平衡能力、日常生活能力有明显提高.损伤部位和伤后时间对治疗效果有明显影响,延长治疗时间可以提高治疗效果.

Joint mobilization combined with physical therapy in rehabilitation of knee joint dysfunction

Objective：Observe the advanced concurrent knee joint dysfunction after fractures around the knee joint trauma ,joint mobilization com- bined with physical therapy rehabilitation therapy. Methods：Statistical 52 cases, after the system joint mobilization combined with exercise therapy for patients with 90 days. Treatment of anterior,middle and late knee range of motion, balanced and comparative analysis of routine activities. Results： Our patients before the mid--term evaluation results a treatment, --stage evaluation the medium range has increased. Conclusions： Advanced after trauma complicated with knee joint dysfunction of knee fracture after rehabilitation. Knee range of motion, balancing capacity, improved the ability of daily life. Injury site and time after injury has obvious effect on treatment, extended treatment time can improve treatment effects.
