骨与关节损伤中药外治法临床研究新进展

目的：探讨在社区进行连续性心理康复服务对康复期精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响.方法：将120例精神分裂症患者分为两组,每组各60例,两组患者均以心理康复服务为基础,观察组实施社区连续性的心理康复服务,对照组采用传统随机性心理康复服务.结果：用生活质量量表评分、康复状态量表评分以及社会功能缺陷筛查量表测定来进行比较.显示两组康复状态量表评分以及社会功能缺陷筛查量表测定均较心理康复服前有所下降,但观察组较对照组下降更显著（P＜0.01）;生活质量量表评分,两组均有所提高,但观察组较对照组提高更显著（P＜0.01）.结论：社区心理康复服务方式,能显著提高康复期精神分裂症患者生活质量以及病人和家属满意度,有利于患者早日回归社会.

Community mental rehabilitation on schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation period patient quality of life influence research

Objective：Discusses the community through psychological recovery to rehabilitation service continuity of patients with schizophrenia, the influence on the quality of life. Cconclusion： Community mental rehabilitation service way, can significantly improve the recovery period schizo- phrenia patients quality of life and the patient and family satisfaction,be helpful for patients to return the society at an early date.
