氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作(喘息型)48例临床观察

目的突显氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作(喘息型)的比较优势,探讨老年慢性支气管炎的临床治疗方法,总结治疗经验。方法将48例老年慢性支气管炎急性发作(喘息型)患者随机平均分为:对照组,采用常规治疗方法;治疗组在对照组基础治疗上+氨溴索雾化吸入;每组各24人,统计对比二组患者的临床治疗效果。结果二组患者经过治疗后,发热、喘息、咳嗽、肺部啰音等临床症状消失时间,治疗组明显短语对照组,疗效价值突出。治疗组治疗总有效率95.8%相较对照组的83.3%明显改善,加用氨溴索雾化吸入治疗效果提高12.5%,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加用氨溴索雾化吸入治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作(喘息型)的祛痰镇咳效用价值优越,用药安全性好且疗效肯定,临床上应加以利用、大力推广,发挥其药用价值。

Clinical Observation of 48 cases of Atomizing Inhalation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride in Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis (Asthmatic)

Objective Summary of clinical experience about ambroxol in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis（asthmatic）.Methods 48 patients were randomly divided into two groups： control group,using conventional treatment methods;treatment group,basic of control group treatment and plus atomizing inhalation of ambroxol.Results After treatment,The total effective rate of treatment group is 95.8%,The control group was 83.3%,difference has statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol efficacy is superior,is worth the clinical promoted.
