| 摘 要： | 目的使注射剂的装量检查快速、准确.方法分析、对比Ch.P与USP在注射剂装量检查方法上的差异.结果中、美两国药典在注射剂装量检查法的要求有显著不同.结论以忠实于Ch.P基本原则的态度,在做装量检查时借鉴USP科学、严谨、细致的方法.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the volume of injection in containers quickly and accurately. METHODS Analysing and comparing the difference between Ch. P and USP in volume of injection in Containers. RESULTS The two phamacopeias of China and USA had marked difference. CONCLUSIONS We should stick to the basic principles of Ch. P, and use the determination method of USP. when determining the volume of injection in containers. |
