益肾滋阴法治疗维持性血液透析患者功能性便秘35例

目的:观察益肾滋阴法治疗维持性血液透析患者功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将68例维持性血液透析功能性便秘患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组33例和治疗组35例。两组患者均给予维持性血液透析,对照组口服新清宁片,治疗组以益肾滋阴为治疗大法,给予自拟方剂。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状积分、便秘患者生活质量量表(patient-assessment of constipation quality of life,PAC-QOL)评分变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后临床症状积分低于本组治疗前,仅粪便症状积分与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后各项临床症状积分均低于对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为85.7%,对照组有效率为63.6%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后PAC-QOL评分低于本组治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾滋阴法治疗维持性血液透析患者功能性便秘,可改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量。

Thirty-Five Cases of Functional Constipation in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients with Method of Benefiting Kidney and Nourishing Yin

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of method of benefiting kidney and nourishing yin on functional constipation in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 68 patients with maintenance hemodialysis functional constipation were divided into the control group with 33 cases and the treatment group with 35 cases.Two groups of patients were given maintenance hemodialysis,while the control group took Xinqingning Tablet(XQNT),the treatment group was additionally given self-made formula by using method of benefiting kidney and nourishing yin.The clinical efficacy and symptom score before and after treatment,and the score of patients with constipation quality of life(PAC QOL) were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the score of clinical symptoms of the two groups was lower than that of the group before the treatment,only the difference in the score of stool symptoms was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 85.7% in the treatment group and 63.6% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,PAC-QOL score of each group was lower than that before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Method of benefiting kidney and nourishing yin has a remarkable efficacy on functional constipation in maintenance hemodialysis patients,can improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life.
