三焦气化与脾瘅

脾瘅的发生与五脏不能正常发挥生理功能有关,三焦气化功能统领五脏六腑,脾瘅发生之本为三焦气化功能失常。三焦气化功能包含心、肺、脾、胃、肝、肾等的生理功能,单个脏腑或两个及以上脏腑生理功能失调均可致脾瘅的发生。"三焦通,则左右内外上下皆通也。"脾瘅的论治应以改善三焦气化功能为主。若病因为心火亢盛,耗伤阴津,治疗应清心泻火,养阴生津;若病因为心阳气虚,血脉瘀阻,治疗应益气温阳,活血化瘀;若病因为脾失健运,则应根据不同阶段采取健脾运气、清热利湿、润燥养阴等治法。若病因为肝失疏泄,肝郁气滞,治疗应疏肝解郁,益气养阴。通过调节三焦气化功能,使五脏和,气血顺,津液布,通过调节各脏腑之异常使三焦气化功能正常,则脾瘅可愈。

Qi Transformation of Triple Energizer and Spleen-Heat Syndrome

The occurrence of spleen-heat syndrome is related to the failure of the five-zang organs to perform their normal physiological functions.Qi transformation of triple energizer dominates the five-zang organs and six-fu organs.The cause of spleen-heat syndrome is the abnormal qi transformation of triple energizer.Qi transformation of triple energizer contains the physiological functions of the heart,lung,spleen,stomach,liver,kidney,etc.The physiological dysfunction of a single organ or two or more organs can lead to the occurrence of spleen-heat syndrome. "If the triple energizer is unblocked,it means being from left to right,from inside to outside,from top to bottom will be also unblocked." So treatment of spleen-heat syndrome should focus on improving qi transformation of triple energizer.If the disease is caused by hyperactivity of heart fire,which consumes yin and fluid,the treatment should focus on clearing heart and purging fire,nourishing yin and generating fluid.If the disease is due to deficiency of heart yang and qi and blood stasis,the treatment should focus on supplementing qi and warming yang,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.If the disease is due to the spleen failing to activate,the treatment should focus on invigorating spleen qi,clearing heat and removing dampness,moistening dryness and nourishing yin according to different stages.If the disease is due to the liver failing to disperse leading to stagnated liver qi,the treatment should focus on soothing liver,relieving depression,benefiting qi and nourishing yin.By regulating the qi transformation of triple energizer,the five-zang organs become harmonious;qi and blood flow are smooth;body fluid distribution is even.And by regulating the abnormality of each organ,the qi transformation of triple energizer is normal,then the spleen-heat syndrome can be healed.
