丹归逐瘀汤治疗子宫内膜异位症43例

目的:观察丹归逐瘀汤治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及其对患者血清炎性因子的影响。方法:将86例子宫内膜异位症患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各43例。对照组口服丹那唑治疗,研究组给予丹归逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)变化情况;检测两组患者治疗前后孕酮(progesterone,P)、促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E₂)、癌胚抗原125(carcinoembryonic antigen125,CA125)、白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-6、基质金属蛋白酶-9 (matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)及可溶性细胞间粘连因子-1(soluble intercellular adhesion factor-1,sICAM-1)水平。结果:对照组有效率为83.8%,研究组有效率为97.7%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后V...

Forty-Three Cases of Endometriosis Treated with Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis Stasis-Expelling Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis Stasis-Expelling Decoction on endometriosis and its influence on the patients'serum inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 86 patients with endometriosis were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with danazol,while the study group was treated with Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis Stasis-Expelling Decoction.The clinical effects and the changes of visual analog scale(VAS)before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Progesterone(P),follicular stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),carcinoembryonic antigen 125(CA125),interleukin(IL)-6 and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and soluble intercellular adhesion factor-1(sICAM-1)levels were measured before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate was 83.8%in the control group and 97.7%in the study group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score of each group was lower than that of the same group,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CA125,FSH and E2 of each group were lower than those of the same group,and the above indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group;P level of each group was higher than that of the same group,and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,MMP-9 and sICAM-1 in each group were lower than those of the same group,and the above indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 18.6%in the control group and 4.7%in the study group.And the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating endometriosis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis Stasis-Expelling Decoction,can improve the clinical symptoms and serum hormone level,and reduce the inflammatory response.
