中医舌诊在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中的应用研究概述

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是临床上常见的疾病,其发病率和病死率非常高。“未病先防,既病防变”,早期辨别病情的变化,并予以正确的治疗,在临床工作中极其重要。中医舌诊具有无创、简单易行、可重复性等优点,广泛应用于冠心病的防治中,指导临床。在疾病发展的过程中,通过舌诊可以判断其临床证型、评估病情变化、指导临床用药。同时,患者的舌象可以反映其内在病理变化,与机体的冠脉病变程度和血液生化等指标均具有一定的相关性,从另一方面也验证了舌诊的理论性和科学性。故本文通过查找近些年来,舌诊与冠心病的相关文献资料,来探讨中医舌诊在冠心病中的相关应用研究,以期更好地指导临床应用,并进一步推广中医的传统诊法及其现代化进程。

Review on the application of tongue diagnosis in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is a common clinical disease,and its morbidity and mortality are very high.‘Prevention before disease onset,preventing disease from exacerbating’.It is extremely important to identify the changes of the disease and give the correct treatment at early stage in clinical work.TCM tongue diagnosis has the advantages of non-invasiveness,simplicity,and repeatability.It is widely used in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease,guiding clinic practice.In the process of disease development,tongue diagnosis can be used to judge its clinical syndrome type,evaluate the change of disease,and guide clinical medication.At the same time,the patient’s tongue image can reflect its inherent pathological changes,and it has certain correlation with body coronary artery’s lesion degree and blood biochemical indicators.On the other hand,it also verifies the theoretical and scientific nature of tongue diagnosis.Therefore,in this paper,the research on relevant application of TCM tongue diagnosis in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease was discussed,by finding out literatures on tongue diagnosis related with coronary heart disease in recent years,in order to better guide clinical application and further promote TCM traditional diagnosis and its modernization process.
