补肾活血法治疗复发性流产血栓前状态研究进展

摘    要:
复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)血栓前状态的治疗,应当标本同治,以补肾活血为治疗大法。补肾活血法可以改善血流状态,增加子宫、胎盘的血流量,改善机体的微循环功能,为胎儿的生长发育提供营养物质及适宜的生长环境,从而达到治疗复发性流产血栓前状态的目的,同时也为中医治疗复发性流产血栓前状态提供新思路、新途径,但其作用机理及治疗方案仍有待大数据进一步研究。

Abstract:
The treatment of prethrombotic state of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)should adopt treating the root and branch simultaneously,method of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation should be regarded as the treating principle.The method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulation can improve the blood flow state,increase the blood flow of uterus and placenta,enhance the microcirculation function of the body,provide nutrients and suitable growth environment for the growth and development of the fetus,so as to achieve the purpose of treating the prethrombotic state of RSA,and also provide new ideas and new ways for TCM to treat the prethrombotic state of RSA,but its mechanism and treatment programs still need further study based on big data.
