国医大师郑新治疗儿童难治性肾病综合征经验

TCM Master ZHENG Xin′s Experience of Treating Refractory Nethropic Syndrome

ZHENG xin,a master of TCM,believes that the refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS) in children is mainly due to special pathological types,infectious factors,irregular use of hormones and/or immunosuppressive drugs,abnormal adrenal cortex function,hypercoagulability and hyperlipidemia,etc.He has put forward the following academic thoughts,such as "three causes of kidney disease", "kidney disease with multiple blood stasis", " removing pathogen focusing on the spleen and kidney and strengthening healthy qi together," "theory of TCM consulting western medicine",etc.At the same time,according to children′s body physiological and pathological characteristics,such as "tender yin and tender yang", "pure yang",he has summed up the unique theoretical system of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.He thinks that etiology and pathogenesis of refractory nethropic syndrome in children is primary deficiency and secondary excess.The deficiency mainly refers to lung-kidney deficiency,yin-yang disharmony.The excess mainly refers to lung heat,blood stasis,rheumatism,dampness turbidity(heat).That is why in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,strengthening healthy qi and removing pathogen,harmonizing yin and yang,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis should be adopted.
