新会陈皮督灸对脾肾阳虚型绝经后骨质疏松症患者生活质量的影响

The Influence of Moxibustion at GV with Chenpi on Life of Quality of Patients with Postmenopausal Osteoporosis with Syndrome of Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Yang

Objective:To observe the influence of moxibustion at GV with Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae)on life of quality of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney yang.Methods:A total of 90 patients with PMOP with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang were randomly divided into three groups:the calcium control group,the common GV moxibustion group and the Chenpi GV moxibustion group.The calcium control group was given calcium D tablets;the common GV moxibustion group was added moxibustion at GV on the basis of the calcium control group;the Chenpi GV moxibustion group was added Chenpi powder in the process of moxibustion at GV on the basis of the common GV moxibustion group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)and the MOS item short from health survey SF-36)scores,including physical function(PF),role physical function(RP),body pain(BP),general health(GH),vitality(VT),social function(SF),role emotional(RE),mental health(MH)]before and after treatment in the three groups were compared.Results:After the third course of the calcium control group,the second and third course of the common GV moxibustion group and the third course of the Chenpi GV moxibustion group,VAS scores were lower than those before the treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the second and third course of the common GV moxibustion group and the third course of the Chenpi GV moxibustion group,VAS scores were lower than those of the calcium control group in the same treatment course,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before the treatment,the BP score of the calcium control group,the scores of PF,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE,MH of the common GV moxibustion group and the Chenpi GV moxibustion group were higher than those of the same group before the treatment.After the treatment,the scores of PF,BP,GH,VT,SF,RE,MH of the common GV moxibustion group and the Chenpi GV moxibustion group were higher than those of the calcium control group;the scores of VT,RE and MH of the Chenpi GV moxibustion group were higher than those of the common GV moxibustion group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of treating PMOP,moxibustion at GV with Chenpi can alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
