中药复方干预糖尿病肾脏疾病db/db小鼠的实验研究进展

糖尿病肾脏疾病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)作为糖尿病最常见的微血管合并症,已成为目前全球终末期肾脏病的首要病因。DKD目前无特异性治疗方法,中医药优势凸显,但作用机制尚不明确。近年来中药复方干预DKD db/db小鼠模型控制DKD进展的实验研究取得了一定进展,本文将分别从糖代谢及脂代谢紊乱、氧化应激、炎症反应、细胞因子异常表达、自噬行为异常等几方面机制对其综述。

Experimental research progress on the mechanism of Chinese medicinals compound in treating diabetic nephropathy in db/db mice

Diabetic kidney disease(DKD),as the most common microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus,has become the primary cause of the end stage renal disease in the world,and there is no specific treatment method at present.The advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are prominent,but the mechanism of TCM compound is not clear.This article reviewed the experimental researches of TCM compounds in treating diabetic nephropathy in db/db mice in recent years,and discussed its molecular mechanism in glycometabolism and lipid metabolism disorder,oxidative stress,inflammatory reaction,abnormal expression of cytokines and abnormal autophagy.
