摘    要:目的:研究新生隐球菌荚膜相关基因CAP60对菌体荚膜形成的影响。方法:用PCR方法分离CAP60基因并测序鉴定,将该基因导入转化载体并转化cap60ura^-菌株,乳胶凝集试剂盒筛选转化分子。结果:部分转化子恢复莱膜的表型,表明得到的片段具有荚膜基因功能。结论:荚膜基因对新生隐球菌的荚膜形成都是必须的,缺失其中的任何一个基因都会使新生隐球菌变成无荚膜表型。

Abstract:Objective: To study the influence of capsule associated gene CAP60 on the capsule forming of Cryptococcus neoformans .Methods: The capsular associated gene CAP60 was obtained by PCR and sequenced for verification.The fragment was inserted into vector and then transfected into the reform plasmid into ura -,capsule deficient strain cap60.Results:Some of the transformants regained the capsule phenotype,indicating the fragment had capsular gene function.Conclusion:Capsular gene of C.neoformans is necessary for its capsule forming,the deficiency of any capsular gene may lead to a capsule deficient phenotype.
