校正颈围对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的诊断价值

目的探讨校正颈围（ANC）对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAHS）的预测诊断价值。方法选择在我院睡眠监测室行睡眠监测的可疑OSAHS患者160例,行病史采集、临床指标测定及多导睡眠监测（PSG）,采用Epworth嗜睡量表（ESS）评分、校正颈围（ANC）、体得指数（BMI）分别预测该疾病,比较三种方法预测OSAHS的准确性、敏感性。结果ESS评分、BMI、ANC预测诊断OSAHS的敏感性分别为61．7％、70．3％、65．8％,特异性分别为73．8％、49．6％、76．9％,其中ANC的特异性最高,敏感性居中。结论ANC是ESS评分、BMI、ANC三项预测指标中最佳预测指标,对OSAHS有较好的诊断价值。尤其是没有PSG的基层医院

Value of adjusted neck circumference in diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea hyponea sydrome (OSARS).

Objective To study the value of adjusted neck circumference（ ANC ） in diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea hyponea sydrome.Methods The polysommography（PSG） data, ESS scoe, clinical data of 160 suspected OSAHS patients were collected and analyzed. OSAHS were Estimated by the KSS scor,BMI,ANC respectively.Their sensibility and specificity were compared using the data of PSG as standard. Results The sensibility of the KSS score, BMI,ANC were 61.7%,70.3%,65.8%,and their specificity were 73.8 % ,49.6 %, 76.9% respectively. The ANC＇s specificity was the highest and sensibility was the moderate. Conclusion The ANCis the best indicator of ESSsocre, BMI and ANC in diagnosis of OSAHS. It has a great value in diagnosis of OSAHS, especialy in hospital without PSG.
