经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(附135例报告)

目的 探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术（TUBBt）的适应证．手术方法及其疗效。方法1998年6月至2008年12月采用TURBt治疗膀胱肿瘤患者135例。结果132例一期手术成功,3侧膀胱穿孔改行膀耽部分切除术,无严重出血及电切综合征等并发症,随访时间6个月～60个月,复发31例,再次行TURBt。结论TURBt治疗膀胱肿瘤具有操作简单,损伤小、出血少、术后恢复快等优点。

Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumorreport of 105 Cases

Objective To investigate the indications,operational method and effect of TURBT.Methods From June of 1998 to December of 2008,135 cases of patients with bladder tumors were treated by transurethral resec-tion with simple electrical cuff.Results 132 cases succeeded in the first operation.3 patients with bladder perforation have done partial cystectomy instead;there were no complications such assevere bleeding and TURS. The patients' follow-up time is from 6 months to 60 months.31 patients relapsed and have to do TURBt again.Conclusion There are many advantages such as simpler operation,less lesion,less blood loss and faster recovery.The operation method can reserve good bladder function and even may replace the partial cystoectomy.
