四肢骨折病人手术前不剃毛备皮法的临床应用研究

目的探讨对四肢骨折病人手术采用不剃毛备皮法替代传统剃毛备皮法的可行性。方法选择四肢长骨及邻近关节骨折的择期手术病人120例,按随机数字表法随机分为不剃毛备皮的实验组和按传统方法提前1d剃毛备皮的对照组各60例,分别在术前30min和术后24h内予术野皮肤采样进行细菌培养和菌落计数,并统计两组术后的切口感染情况。结果两种备皮方法在培养微生物数和术后切口感染率的组间比较差异无显著性意义(P值均>0.05)。结论四肢骨折病人术前不剃毛备皮法并不影响术后切口的愈合,而且能减少病人不必要的痛苦和不适,具有省时、省力、降低医疗费用等优点。

The clinical application of non-hair-shaving preoperative preparation to surgical operation on patients with extremities fracture

Objective To investigate the feasibility of applying non-hair-shaving preoperative skin preparation to the surgical operation on patients with extremities fracture. Methods 120 cases with fractures in long bones as well as their adjacent articular bones were evenly divided into two groups at random: non-hair-shaving group and conventional hair-shaving group. The skins at operational sight were sampled to conduct bacteria culture and then bacterial colony counting 30 min and 24 h before operation respectively, followed by recording the cut infections in the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the number of germs and infectious rates at cuts respectively (P>0.05). Conclusion The non-hair-shaving preoperative preparation for the operations on extremities fractures does not affect the heal of cuts after operation. It the advantageous for the reduction of patient's pains, time-saving, energy-saving and lessening of medical expenditure.
