不同的肾上腺素给药方法对复苏后12h左室功能影响

目的：不同的肾上腺素给药方法对复苏后12h左室功能变化的影响。方法：将非心源性猝死患者随机分为治疗和对照两组，治疗组在心肺复苏过程中肾上腺素采用1mg每3～5min一次静脉注射的给药方法，对照肾上腺素采用1mg，3mg，5mg，每3～5min一次逐次加量静脉注射的给药方法，两组患者均于自主循环恢复后12h测出左心室舒张末期容积（LVEDV），收缩末期容积（LVESV），射血分数（EF）和每搏输出量（SV），将治疗和对照两组进行比较。结果：两组间四项指标均无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：不同肾上腺素给药方法对复苏后12h左室功能无影响。
